SPECIAL EVENTS AND PROMOTIONS

1. High water workshops

For the boater wanting high water experience under controlled conditions

  • Dates June 5,12 and 19th (depending on water flows)
  • Place Salmon River, based out of Sunbeam Village
  • Costs $100 each Minimun of 4 participants

    To be covered:

  • Scouting rapids and reading water
  • Guiding paddle rafts and/or oar boats through high water
  • What it will involve, participants will be allowed to guide our rafts (with our guide in the boat) through class 4-5 rapids. Boats will be shuttled back up so big water will be done several times

2. Basics of raft guiding

  • Workshops for boaters wishing to learn the fundamentals of guiding rafts in class 3 water.

    3. Frequent Paddler Miles

  • Returning clients can use accumulated trip milage for discounts and free trips over a summer.
  • 2nd trip during the summer - you get trips at group rate
  • 3nd trip during the summer - get your trip at 1/2 price
  • 4th trip during the summer - your trips is free
