Payment: A credit card number is required to confirm your reservation. We will not charge your card until you have enjoyed your trip. Of course, if you choose to pay in cash or with an alternate card at the time of your trip, that is also fine. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation up until 24 hours before your scheduled trip. A fee of $15/person will be charged for reservations that are cancelled within 24 hours of your trip departure time. We do not cancel trips due to the weather; instead we provide top of the line protective gear including wetsuits, splash jackets, fleece and full rain gear. Weather in the mountains changes quickly and our staff is always prepared. There is a reason people years ago chose the name “Sun Valley”. We have never had weather ruin a river trip.
